Gather all the ingredients on the table.
Hold the banana in one hand. Pinch the end of the banana and pull down the peel with your other hand.
Per serving
Once peeled, place the banana on the whole grain wrap.
Spread a spoonful of nut butter over the banana on the wrap.
Roll the wrap around the banana tightly, starting from one end.
Cut the roll-up in half to make it easier to eat.
