Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
Place the carrot on the cutting board. Using the claw grip, hold the carrot firmly with your fingers curled and cut it into sticks about 1/4 inch thick.
Per serving
Repeat the cutting process with the cucumber, using the claw grip to cut it into sticks.
Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into sticks using the same technique. Make sure to remove the seeds and white part inside before cutting.
Arrange all the vegetable sticks on a platter. Serve with hummus for dipping.
