Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Per serving
Spread a layer of hummus evenly over the tortilla using a butter knife or a spatula.
Place a few slices of turkey on top of the hummus, spreading them out evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the turkey, followed by sliced cucumbers and baby spinach leaves.
Carefully roll the tortilla from one end to the other, keeping the fillings inside.
Once rolled, you can cut it in half to make it easier to eat.
