A colorful and delicious mix of sautéed vegetables that kids can make while learning important cooking skills.

Wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots into small, even pieces.
Per serving
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet in a single layer. Allow them to cook without stirring for about 2-3 minutes to let them sear.
Stir the vegetables gently using a spatula. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are tender but still crisp.
Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, and stir well for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Remove the skillet from the heat and let the veggies cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
