A fun pancake recipe where children learn to flip pancakes safely while controlling heat and timing for perfect golden-brown results.

Gather all your ingredients and tools: a large mixing bowl, whisk, measuring cups, and frying pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and beat them lightly with a fork. Then add the milk and stir until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. It's okay if there are a few lumps.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Allow it to heat for a minute.
Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter into the pan to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
Using a spatula, carefully flip the pancake over and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Remove pancakes from the pan and keep them warm on a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve your pancakes with your favorite toppings like syrup, fruit, or whipped cream!
