Preserve seasonal berries by freezing them to ensure you have flavorful ingredients available all year round.

Wash all berries thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
Remove any stems or leaves from the strawberries and cut them into halves or quarters based on their size.
Per serving
Spread the washed and prepared berries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the berries are completely frozen.
Once frozen, transfer the berries into airtight freezer bags or containers, removing as much air as possible before sealing.
Label the bags or containers with the date and type of berries for future reference.
