Per serving
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add diced onion and bell pepper; sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Add black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
