Quick and healthy Mediterranean-style wraps packed with chickpeas, fresh veggies, and a zesty dressing.

Per serving
Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas, then place them in a mixing bowl.
Chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion into small pieces and add to the chickpeas.
Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and toss gently to combine.
Lay out the whole wheat wraps and spoon the chickpea mixture evenly onto each wrap.
Sprinkle fresh parsley over the filling, then roll up the wraps tightly.
Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
