Crispy, healthy zucchini chips baked to perfection.

Preheat oven to 225°F
Slice zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
In a mixing bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Per serving
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 2 hours, flipping the chips halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
