Meal Foundry provides a cloud-based platform that enables users to:

• Create, store, and organize personal recipes
• Upload and manage recipe images
• Share recipes with other users
• Generate recipes using AI-powered tools
• Clone and iterate on existing recipes
• Organize recipes in collections and favorites
• Access recipes across multiple devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Licensing

4.3 User-Created Recipes

You retain ownership of recipes you create manually. By uploading your recipes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content.

5.1 Subscription Tiers

• Free Plan: Basic features with 10 AI credits per month, ad-supported
• Pro Plan: $7.99/month or $69.98/year — nearly unlimited AI credits, no ads, priority support

5.2 AI Credits and Usage

AI features consume credits from your monthly allowance:

• Recipe generation (with image): 1 credit
• Image regeneration: 1 credit
• Recipe iteration (text-only): 0.1 credits

Free plan users receive 10 credits per billing period. Once credits are exhausted, AI features are unavailable until the next billing period. Pro plan users receive a generous credit allowance intended for normal personal and commercial use. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage limits on Pro plans to prevent abuse, automated bulk generation, or usage that places excessive load on our systems. "Nearly unlimited" means that typical usage will not be restricted, but we may contact you or limit access if usage patterns suggest automated or abusive activity.

5.3 Advertising

Free plan users will see advertisements provided by third-party ad networks within the Service. Pro plan users will not see advertisements. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• No refunds are provided for any subscription cancellations

Governing Law: Delaware law governs these Terms.

Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims matters, IP disputes, or injunctive relief.
